Cowboy at Heart

Inspired by the history of the Old West and the cowboy way of life, artisan Mike Roths of Bear Paw Designs has been designing and building fine furniture since 1979. Three skilled craftsmen join Roths in creating award-winning designs, using hardwoods, leather and hand-forged iron. With 28 years of woodworking experience behind him, Roths is quick to point out that the success of Bear Paw is due to God’s blessings. He is thankful for his skilled employees who have the same love for woodworking as he does. Bear Paw Designs is located in the scenic Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana. Roths, along with his wife, Jo, have two grown daughters.
